If a personal item was left behind in the van, we are not responsible for lost items. As this is stated with a sign in all 2DN vans. If the item is of value and still in the van. Please contact the office within a reasonable time. Then we can make arrangements for you to retrieve your item. Please be patient as we aren’t responsible for lost items! 

No, we only offer curb to curb service with provided assistance if asked. This is safer for all parties involved to ensure for a safe pick up and drop off.

To ensure your transportation is confirmed, payment must be received in full.

Someone from our office will contact you multiple times to confirm(the day before and also the day of your scheduled transportation).

Please contact your insurance company for any changes such as adding on an accompanying passenger, your scheduled pick up time, and adding on any secondary stops, etc.
